Recruitment Consultant Amsterdam

As a result of the ongoing success Vensus Technology requires a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Amsterdam.

Role:

You will have the opportunity to further develop or develop an entirely new market within the IT or Non-IT Divisions we work in. On the client side, this means that you will develop new business and maintain the existing relationships. On the candidate side, developing the candidate base will include headhunting, networking, referrals and advertising to attract suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Creating new business and maintaining current relationships

• Attending client meetings on site

• Understanding the job requirements of the client to recruit relevant candidates

• Rate negotiation

• Proactively finding new ways to source candidates through networking, headhunting, referrals, trade fairs etc.

• Screening CV’s and qualifying candidates by interviewing them face to face or via telephone

• Managing interview process and finalising deal

• Handling own relevant administration

The successful individual has a Bachelor degree and a proven track record of sales / recruitment or business development. You need to be self motivated, driven and able to work in a competitive environment. In this challenging job it is important that you have experience in prioritising different tasks, show initiative, be creative and be able to work individually as well as in a team. Furthermore you need to have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch – verbally and written and experience with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
